The silvery wolf hybrid scurried from alley to alley, hoping to find shelter in the snowfall. Her tail was tucked between her legs as she ran, only to find another alley, leading to more that led to who knows where. She started running as she heard a noise, but stopped as she looked behind her and saw nothing.Oh...I thought...well...at least it isn't a human..She muttered. She looked up,only to see a twoleg grab a bucket full of rotten fish and throw them off th window.Guess what?
Splat.
Kira growled.Great, she had fish on her.She tried to shake the gooey liquid off but it clung to her pelt. She sighed, and kept walking from alley to alley, audits pointing to the heavens, alert for any sounds.

How do I say goodbye to what we had? The good times that made us laugh, Outweighed the bad...
Breath curled out from the brus nose as he padded slowly along the dark alleyway, mis-matched eyes flicking from side to side as he kept his wits about him. This place was dangerous... There was no denying that. Huge buildings loomed to both side of him, and occasionally, you could hear an outburst of laughter, a small child crying, or the shouts of an angry couple arguing over some unknown reason. Solo stood amongst it all, although his sense had blocked out all this background noise that life in the city would always bring. No, when he was in a secluded little place like this alley, he only concentrated on the important things. Other dogs. Only a little while back, he had run into an unfriendly bunch, and, whilst walking away with no physical scratches, he knew firmly in his mind he had just met another pair of canines who were worth avoiding. Again. The whole city seemed full to the brim with dogs who were the 'worst of the worst', cold blooded killers who would attack anything in sight. How pathetic. There was no good or evil. Some dogs were just a little more... Confident than others. He pityed those who truely thought they were above the rest.
Now, his parents... There were some dogs who deserved respect! They ruled fairly and equally, every dog with as much rights as them. He himself was a fine heir until... Well, he didn't like to think much about what happened next. It takes a lot to watch your mother die before you. But to see her be murdered is something completely different. Fighting back bitter tears, Solo promised himself he wouldn't display that much emotion, when he was so open to attack out here. Not that he wasn't ready. Years on the streets had toughened him up, and Alpha genes showed strong in him. He did not fear death, but would avoid fighting when he could.
Suddenly, the stench of fish hit his nares hard. Almost reeling back in disgust, he shook his head, and, curiosity getting the better of him, he paced forwards, until the form of another dog, female, came to his eyes. Unluckily for her, she had been under the exact spot where a human had decided to empty a container of fish, and all the contents were over her back. Had he been crueler, he would have sneered, but pity and kindness filled his heart, and he made his way forward, slowly, as not to startle her, and sweetness filled his eyes as he neared her.
"Are... Are you okay?" He asked timidly, surprising as that voice was to him. But she may not be very friendly, so he would be careful. Although she didn't seem the vicious type. She should be okay. Sitting back on his haunches, he watched her carefully, sitting before her. He was a handsome Koolie - Even he knew that - And he was sure this femme would have been quite beautiful too, if it weren't for the fish all over her back. Smiling kindly, he waited patiently for an answer, expression and manner appealing in every way.
I thought we'd get to see forever, But forever's gone away, It's so hard to say goodbye to yesterday... [/size]

She attempted to shake the rotten food off her again, the fish was off,but the goo wasnt. She sighed, then cringed at one's voice. She looked up,seeing the other dog, standing before her, staring.Kira looked away."Hello...yeah...I'm fine, just a human decided to dump garbage out of the window."she replied shyly. She hated when she was all dirty just before a guest arrives. She smiled weakly at him, audits pinned to her crania.
