The dock stood out a ways from the land, and a lone black dog sat on the wooden slats, her eyes gazing out across the water, though they didn't really seem to be seeing anything. This was a favourite spot of hers, it helped with thinking, and the constant crash of the waves was lulling, just as the salty air was refreshing. It was a good place. She sighed and lay down, resting her head on her paws. Rithti knew that this was another dog's territory, but couldn't help herself. It was a lonely place and at times that mood suited her best, she was a lonely dog. If the dogs who lived here ever questioned her rights to be here she would not be able to justify herself, but the thought didn't bother her, she would rather be in the company of another dog, than spend the rest of her days alone. ooc- eeek, suck post the muse is on holiday

His love for this land would never be broken. The brute had been born here as a whelp and raised to be the best.Following in his father's proud footsteps,he became Chieftan. No canine dared try to challenge him for his main place as they would have no other choice other than forfit. He took pride in his work and rank in this pack, never letting his father down.Someday his own kin would trace right after him and take his place. But,he felt very melancholy as he had not found his forever life mate.He still believes in finding that perfect canine like his mother did.The brute has high dignity in his future plans for his life.He had known ever soul that had walked this terrain and what had happened specifically. No one knew of his pack as much as him,and thus is why he became Chieftain.
Each stride brought his broad form closer to the comer.Pads stabbed the terrain under his heavenly form harshly.Yet,from his movements,no sound was emitted what so ever.Tassle was hung low as he was determined to spot the newcomer.Amber optics searched the tundra around him in suspision. The brute didn't care much about trespassers unless they were here to challenge or destroy his home.No soul had ever gotten past his glance as he knew everything that happened in his land. His optics were thus one of the clearest.Limbs built tall to raise his form above others.Nares flared, inhaling the scent. He identified the comer as a fae.Kissers curled into a charming grin. The brute's heart was full of memories and thoughts of a mate raced through his crouded mind.
What will she think of me? What does she think of my terrain? Is she trespassing to challenge me? Are we ment to be? Is this a sign?
More thoughts raced through hi mind. But,he finally erased them and searched over her form with interest.Auds perked up on his crania to alert him if there was to be danger. They could only trace the lulling currents of the water. The whispering of the wind peaks. No other, except for his heavy breathing.
Silently, and unnoticably,he crept out from the deep shadows. His form showed completly, muscular, broad, and heavenly. Not one soul thought he wasn't handsome. His form was as an angel's,falling from the safety of the never endless sky.Crania lifted in domiation as his maw propped up.Optics twinkled and studied her body looking for any noticable signs.Tassle raised in pride and leadership.Other canines never disrespected or misunderstood this brute although he was the most down to earth brute.Kissers parted, allowing his deep, yet charming vocals erupt from his throat,Ello' M'lady.I may be known as Chieftain of Loverman's Wharf,Cupid. Why have you entered my terrain without acceptence? He asked, not too harsh but just curiously. As he awaited for her reply,he move dhis limbs slowly.Muscles rippled under his pelt waiting to hear for her reason of entering.Gently,he laid his haunches on the cold ground.Nares inhaled the scent of pine and crisp air.

The black fae spun around at his voice, her hackles raised and teeth bared, simply in surprise and quick warning, but as his words penetrated her mind she relaxed, he was in no way threatening, and he was handsome, though that didn't phase her. She smiled good naturedly at his name, but held her opinion to herself. She let her tail rise slowly as he mentionned his leadership, as she was not of his pack he would not dominate her, though there was nothing threatening, she was simply letting him know her place in this.
"Well, Cupid, you should know that while being called a lady is flattering, I prefer my name, Rithti. And to answer your question, I really don't know, this place just seems to be my home now. I feel as though I belong for a dock with only one dog upon it seems as lonely as I feel. Perhaps it was fate what guided me here, for now I would ask to join your pack, as it would end my loneliness, though not inhibit my visits to this beautiful place, and I could rightly call it my home." Her voice was enchanting, though not mysterious and to the point, she twined the words together like a howl, each seperate and well pronounced, though part of the whole. Enchanting.
She smiled sweetly over at him and walked back to the land, usually she didn't talk so much, but he seemed to want to know her reasons and with a listener she found that words came to her tongue unbidden. Her movements were graceful and fluid, not obviously powerful like Cupid's, hers was more subtle, she was a light dog of medium build.
Her brown eyes looked at him straight on, she had nothing to hide, nothing to be ashamed of. He seemed sweet and it would be nice to get to know him better. She shivered slightly as the cool wind started up again, stirring her lustrous obsidian coat.

The reaction from the fae angered him.No soul that trespassed his tundra and then bared their pearls at the Chieftan would get away with it.Cupid would not take it or accept it as he was the dominant one and whoever disrespected his rank would pay.
Slowly and cautiously, his lip curled up on his maw to release the sight of his killing fangs. They were pure white and sharpened to a nice pont at the tip.Optics searched her calmly.Auds pinned angrily as his tassle lowered. His muscular form raised much higher than the fae's showing his power. But,as her kissers curled into thus the form of a smile,he calmed.Lip curled back down and tassle raised higher than hers.No canine that entered his terrain would show that they were greater than himself.Auds perked on his crania proudly. He was kind enough to let her behavior pass but if she were to do it again, then she would pay. But,he was too kind to make her pay for her disrespectful actions.
Velvety kissers parted to allow his flowing vocals to erupt from his throat,"Well met,Rithti.I am sorry for my rude fashion. But,to put you in on something,no one that intrudes my territory will disrespect me like that once more."His words were well put and spaced out enough to be understood. They flowed around the fae as he patiently awaited her quick response. If he were to be a lower rank than her,the brute would have bowed in a politely manner. But,as he was Chieftan, the newcomer was to be the one to bow to show their place. As his auds brought in he word "Home" from her,his expression changed to a surprise. This terra was no other canines home other than Cupid himself.Amber optics searched her emotions as he identified her loneliness.Form never slumped down as he would always represent his place.
I understand the loneliness you feel at this moment.Raising this tundra on my own work is well completed by me alone. But,I suppose it wouldn't hurt to introduce a new member.Since I want this terra to be raised the same exact way as it was when I was just a whelp. But,I wanr you disrespect my land or myself, you will have a consiquence. So,I suggest you respect everything around you as it holds every memory that ever walked this place.ONce more his tone was enchanting and heavenly. It always seemed to wrap around another canine and lure them towards his broad body.
As the breeze whisped around his form,he stayed still and never twitched. As a brute he had to show his power over this land. The whispers of the wind had been caught and suspected by his sensative auds.Optics spying thus the sight of wild life far off in the tundra.Maw lifted to the crisp air, nares flaring and taking in the peaceful scent of pine needles and clean water. His odds wandered back to the enchanting fae, awaiting her soft responce.

She shrunk back slightly as he let his power show, she had been simply telling him that she would not be pushed around, but now he calmed and her respect grew, "If it was disrespect to you then I apologize, I was wimply being certain that you did not disrespect me, and you startled me when first you spoke. Instincts are hard to control when frightened." She smiled apologetically, realizing how it must have seemed to him. The wind was wrapping her in its cool salt seasoned coccon and she breathed in deeply at its magnificent briny smell. She was used to it now and the only movement that it caused was the stirring of her fur. She wouldn't bow to this brute, she would bow to no one until they proved their worth to her. That being said she lowered her tail respectfully. "How could I disrespect something I feel so akin to," her eyes turned to look out at the ocean and then back towards Cupid, "I have ventured here for the sake of companionship, but did not expect to find it in a living thing. " She moved foward her body coming beside his, resting just close enough that the wind made her fur brush his flank, she turned so that she was facing the same direction as him, parallel bodies both turned out to sea. "Memories, such things as those are fickle and yet worth protecting, for what else do we have of the past to bring with us to the future." She looked up at him, wondering if she was talking too much. She let go one tiny hint, only one that he might think upon it now. "Such a lonely place should call to others, it would not be so lonely with young whelps such as you mentionned." ooc- my muse doesn't let me post things that are long, pffft it is cruel.
